Easy to learn songs on acoustic guitar and good sites for guitar tabs?

I'm learning right and I'm looking for good acoustics, easy songs that I listen too? Like Paramore, Dashboard Confessional and the like.

Much depends on your vocal range, but when I began to learn guitar, I learned early Eagles and Beatles songs, because they tend to be easy chords and melodies so familiar.
